David is founder and president of Encore Actuarial. His clients include employers, governmental entities, insurance companies, unions, health service organizations and audit firms, involving almost every area of life, health and disability benefits. His expertise includes employer group and individual pricing, budgeting and forecasting, retiree life & health valuations, financial statement analysis and preparation, and Medicare actuarial attestations. He performs numerous peer reviews of retiree health valuation actuarial reports for a major national accounting and auditing firm. David’s health & welfare compliance responsibilities also include nondiscrimination testing and plan document preparation.

Andrea has worked for actuaries and actuarial firms for more than 45 years. She has expertise in a variety of regulatory filings and is the main contact for ERISA compliance at Encore Actuarial.
